Recorder Orchestra performing in St. Andrews Church Cheddar

Mendip Consort of Recorders is giving a concert at 3:00pm on Sunday 29th June at St Andrew’s Church, Cheddar. Entry is free – refreshments (including cake!) are provided with donations for the church fabric fund.

The Consort comprises 22 musicians playing the full range of recorders – sopranino, descant, treble, tenor, bass, great bass, and the seven foot high contrabass with conductor Joyce Rudall.

Since its formation in 2006 the Consort has performed in Exeter Cathedral, Bath Abbey, annual concerts in Wells Cathedral plus several churches and stately homes in Somerset.
