30 April – Flying the Typhoon in the RAF – Lt Cdr Danielle Welch RN. A naval helicopter pilot who transferred to fixed wing and spent several years flying the Typhoon.

28 May – The Lynx World Speed Record – Chris Holliday. He was one of the team who added to the success with his expertise on blade technology and will describe the build-up and flights.
