What’s been Fixed at the Cheddar Repair Café?

Among the highlights of what’s on in Cheddar this month is the Cheddar Repair Café – a brilliant example of community spirit and sustainability in action.

Our amazing team of volunteers recently gave new life to dozens of items, keeping them out of landfill. Repairs included:

Hot plate, slide projectors, lamp, shears for sharpening, bicycle maintenance, children’s toys, irons, foot stool, collar box, textile repairs, electric fans, and more.

Each repair is a small victory for both the environment and community connection. Something broken? Come along next time — we’ll do our best to help!

Next Repair Café: Saturday 13th September, 10:00 am to 12 noon at Cheddar Methodist Church Hall, Cliff Street, Cheddar BS27 3PL
