Opus Anglicanum presents The Seeds of Love, an evocative and quintessentially British programme exploring the wonder and excitement of the early 20th century collectors of English folk music as they toured the land.

Memorable words and wonderful music of Vaughan-Williams, Butterworth, Sharp and Grainger tell poignant and hilarious tales of Morris tunes and sea shanties, of ploughmen and washerwomen, and of the race to preserve their inspirational music before war swept it away.
