Bug Hotel Building Brings Summer Fun to Pill Play Park

On 5th August, children from the Pill and District Children and Young People’s Partnership joined the Pill and Easton-in-Gordano Wildlife Group at Hardwick Road Play Park to build a Bug Hotel with support from Pill Youth Club. Crafted by Clevedon Men’s Shed using reclaimed wood, the bug hotel was filled with upcycled materials. Children painted designs on the bug hotel, made mini bug hotels to take home, played games, and enjoyed a picnic—making it a fun, creative, and nature-filled summer day.
