Grief hurts, the pain confuses. The world seems to stop.

“Bereavement can impact us hugely. Whether recently or a long time ago, many of us find it hard moving forward when someone we love has died.

This seven-session course, gently guides bereaved people through the most common aspects of grief, enabling them to process the implications for themselves and discern next steps.

The course will run for seven Tuesday evenings (19:15 to 21:30), at Christchurch Clevedon, starting on 21 April 2026.
