The March Meeting of Shipham Rowberrow and Star W I

It takes place on the 9th of the month, in the George Thiery room of Shipham Village Hall at 7.30 pm and sees us welcome Sarah Harris with her collection of slides showing and describing the History of Knitting Patterns. The formalisation of patterns has evolved since early beginnings with knitting enjoying a boom as it became a popular pastime for middle class ladies in Victorian times.
