Don’t be defined by your Stroke!

“Come along to our sports club held at Scotch Horn Leisure Centre in Nailsea every Monday from 1:00 to 1.55pm. It costs £3 a session and you are welcome to bring along a partner or carer for £1 extra. The club is fully accessible to all and is supported by the Stroke Association. We have a range of different sports and games on offer that help work on our balance and co-ordination. Come and meet other stroke survivors in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. First session free.
