Local Sight Loss Charity Celebrates Volunteers at Annual Summer Party

On Thursday 3rd July 2025, Somerset Sight hosted their annual Volunteers Summer Party. The event was attended by volunteers, trustees and staff, together with the visually impaired people they support, to celebrate and to thank the volunteers for their commitment. 

Janet Mongomery, High Sheriff of Somerset, presented long service awards to volunteers. 

Somerset Sight supports 3200 people who are blind or partially sighted across the county.
