Award-winning Aussies back on stage in Nailsea

Australian performers Nuworks are heading back to Nailsea Little Theatre after their 2024 triumph.

The community theatre group’s back in Union Street with two song-filled, epic productions (both 7.30pm):

• Wednesday 1 July, ‘This Machine Kills Fascists’ – the life and work of legendary American folk singer and activist Woody Guthrie;
• Thursday 2 July, ‘A Punk Opera’ – Britain in the era of Thatcher, miners’ strikes, race riots, rubbish in the streets etc.
