The October meeting will be a presentation by Ken Atherton entitled ‘Christmas Day in the Workhouse’. Wednesday 8th October; The time: 7:00pm – 9:00pm; the venue: King Alfred School Lecture Theatre. Membership £10 per season, visitors £5 per session. Parking in visitors car park or in small car park in front of main building. Please bring a torch as site lighting is not good in some places.
